Hotel Alila is one project that is now done by PT Kandu where its location in the business district of Jakarta that's called name with "Sudirman Central Business District", which is located in JL. Jend Sudirman Kav 52. – 53, Kebayoran Baru South Jakarta and is in the precedence rule and Indonesia's capital. Employ some competent and credible partners in their fields both inside and outside the country, PT. Kandu have been the commitment to gives satisfaction to the PT. Bukit Lentera Sejahtera and PT. Danayasa Arthatama as a client on this project. The Hotel was built with over 20 floors, exclusive, elegant, and does not reduce the values of aesthetic character.​

The Client, PT. Grage Trimitra Usaha (GTU) is developing a project consisting of a Grade A Office tower and two towers of high end apartments. The Office and apartments are separated by the krukut river. The Project is located on the south Jakarta area, at JL. TB. Simatupang Outer Ring Road. The Project covers approximately 15.860 m2. PT. Kandu has been appointed as Construction Managers for the apartment towers only. The apartments comprise two buildings 26 and 29 floors respectively sharing 6 levels of common basement. The apartment’s foundation are pile/raft whereas the podium is piles/pile caps. The retaining system is Diaphragm wall.
